Advanced Course in Microbial Genomics

COORDINATOR Pedro Santos
CBMA-DB, Universidade do Minho
VENUE Departamento de Biologia, Universidade do Minho
16 - 27 July

SCOPE OF THE COURSE

This course will provide advanced formation in microbial genomics. Participants will be introduced to advanced genomic concepts, next generation sequencing technologies and will be challenged to use bioinformatic tools to build, extract and explore genomic information. The course will have a strong bioinformatic experimental component directed toward user-friendly environments.
